Holiday property for up to four people (with the possibility to add more for a supplement) with a private swimming pool. Set in the small sleepy village of Fontcoberta, ten minutes drive from shops and restaurants in Banyoles. Gerona is twenty minutes by car and the beach of the Costa Brava thirty-five. Barcelona is one and a quarter hours drive.

The accommodation is in a renovated farm building and is set on the first floor. It comprises an entrance via a very pleasant balcony terrace with views of the countryside, a nice spot to unwind. This leads to the living and dining area with fireplace and television. Open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (with gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, washing machine...). Spacious triple bedroom (1 x 140 cm wide bed and 1 x 90 cm wide bed) and an equally generous triple bedroom (3 x 90 cm wide beds). Two shower rooms.

Annexe with two double beds and 2 single beds.

The house has central heating and wifi internet access. There is a large lean too which has a summer kitchen and a spacious area with table tennis, table football and billiards table.

In the garden, there is a ten-metre long swimming pool and there is plenty of garden furniture for eating outdoors and relaxing in the sun.

NOTE - the owners live in the rear part of the building but the garden and pool area is for the exclusive use of clients.

The prices don't include
Heating in medium and low season; the security deposit. tourist taxes to be paid on the spot. Pets accepted on request for a supplement of 20 € per week.
Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50 € and 2.50 € per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
