Charming villa with private garden and a kidney shaped swimming pool complemented by a built-in barbeque and gazebo. Located 9km from the beach and centre of Lloret de Mar in the area of Aiguaviva Park.

The accommodation comprises a living and dining room with television. Fully equipped kitchen. Double bedroom and three twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide beds in each). Bathroom and a shower room.

The garden is very attractive, well laid out with lawn and gazebo for outdoor dining and relaxing in the shade. There is a good supply of garden furniture so you can relax and enjoy these very pleasant surroundings.
