Located in the Costa Blanca this attractive secluded holiday villa with private pool is situated in the much sought after Tosalet phase 3 area of Javea which offers peace and quiet and uninterrupted views of the Montgo mountain just a short drive from the beach.

Villa accommodation covering 140 m² on 2 floors for 8 people, 4 bedrooms, 3 bath/shower rooms, partial air conditioning, satellite television, wifi.

The ground floor has a living and dining room with television which opens onto the covered terrace with garden furniture for eating outdoors and relaxing. Open plan fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, gas hob etc.). Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Another double bedroom and a twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds). Shower room and toilet.

The garden floor (independent access) has a spacious twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) and a shower room, opening onto a patio terrace with garden furniture. Laundry room with washing machine and an extra refrigerator.

The villa is air-conditioned and there are fans, overall it is well maintained and pleasant.

The secluded grounds cover 1000 m² and there is an eight-metre-long swimming pool with sun loungers poolside. The large covered terrace is ideal for eating outdoors in the shade and there is a plancha for grills and an area of garden which is terraced and planted with aromatic Mediterranean plants. There is a garage and parking space within the garden limits for one or two cars.

Security deposit of 800 euros payable by credit card slip (not cashed unless required). The following services are to be paid on the spot in cash: Mandatory service: Obligatory cleaning fee: 180 euros Air conditioning: 100 euros per week (mandatory from mid-June to mid-September). Optional services: Linen: beds made on arrival - one large and one small towel per person - two tea towels. Imperative to make the request before your arrival-15 euros per person per stay to be paid on the spot in cash. Pets (50 euros per animal and per stay if accepted in the rental). On request: high chair (50 euros per stay), baby bed (50 euros per stay).
