Holiday rental house in Polop, on the Costa Blanca. Modern property set in a pleasant area around fifteen minutes drive from the beach. Four bedrooms, garden with private swimming pool. Wifi internet.

The ground floor has a living and dining room with television. Well equipped kitchen (with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer...). Double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Further double bedroom and a shower room.

The upper floor has two double bedrooms each with en-suite shower rooms.

This is a really nice house which is tastefully furnished and well equipped. Air conditioning is available for a supplement.

In the garden, there is a 10 m x 5 m pool with an open terrace equipped with sun loungers and there are three other patio terrace areas which are covered, ideal for eating outdoors, enjoying a barbeque or a drink. Private parking.

Polop village 5 km. Sandy beach 10 km. Shops and restaurants 5 km. Golf 10 km. Tennis 4 km.

The prices don't include
Compulsory extras to be paid on site in cash: final cleaning: 300€. Deposit: €1000 Energy per week: 130 euros household linen 17.50 euros per person. extra bed = 93.50 € per week ; cot = €27.50 per week; baby chair or playpen = €27.50 per week; pet supplement (on request) = €55/stay; extra charge for late arrival: €55 euros.
