Attractive holiday villa with a private swimming pool, in an elevated setting commanding superb views of the sea. Located 3 km from the centre of Altea La Vieja and 4 km from the beach. Golf and tennis club 2 km. Shops and restaurants 3 km.

The accommodation comprises a living and dining room with fireplace, satellite television and hi-fi. Fully equipped kitchen (with oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher...). Double bedroom and two twin bedrooms (2 x 90 cm wide beds in each). Bathroom and a shower room.

The balcony terrace has beautiful views of the sea and the mountains. There is a good supply of garden furniture for relaxing by the pool which has a useful outdoor shower as well as eating outdoors and enjoying a barbeque grill. The fully enclosed garden has mature trees offering natural shade and there is parking space on the grounds.
