Attractive villa with private pool located in the Verdes Pinos area above Moraira on the Costa Blanca, Spain. The accommodation is on two levels, the upper is accessible via an exterior staircase. The shops, bars and restaurants are 1.5km and the beach 2.5km at Portet. Moraira centre 3km.

The house is on two levels and access to the upper floor is by an external staircase only.

The upper floor has a sitting room with fireplace, dining room and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen. Double bedroom and a bathroom and separate toilet. Balcony with chairs and table enjoying distant sea views.

The ground floor has a living and dining room with television and internet access. Small, open-plan kitchen. Double bedroom and a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds which can push together). Bathroom with toilet.

The interior is comfortable and practical.

The good sized pool is kidney shaped and the patio is conducive to relaxing in the sun. A built-in barbeque allows you to cook outside and there is plenty of garden furniture. There are a few nice quiet spots around the garden where you can enjoy a peaceful siesta. You can park up to two cars on the grounds.

Refundable deposit payable locally 300€ (or equivalent) cash. Obligatory final clean payable locally 150€ Air co : 100 euros per week. . Bed linen and towels (not beach towels) available for hire 15€ per person.
