Air-conditioned holiday villa with lovely private pool, located in a quiet area of Javea, in a dead-end street just before the Pinosol district, about 2/3 km from the sandy Arenal beach.

This 150 m2 villa consists of a living room with tv and two sofas, a very simple kitchen with a door that leads to the outside and gives access to a covered terrace with a sitting area, but also table and chairs that allow you to take your meals outside. Two air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with a double bed and en-suite shower room and WC, are also located on this level of the house.

The lower level has two further air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a double bed and en-suite shower room, with independent access. (There are no internal stairs between the two levels).

Outside, there is a beautiful new private swimming pool with underwater decking (9x3.5), surrounded by a terrace.

Garden furniture and deckchairs are available.

Car parking available on the property.

Fully equipped accommodation, water, gas and electricity (except heating, if required), garden and pool maintenance, internet.

The prices don't include
A security deposit of €1,000 (non-cashable) to be left with our agency: credit card imprint compulsory or cash. The following services must be paid for on arrival in cash: - Cleaning: compulsory fixed price of 170 euros to be paid on site. - Air conditioning: fixed price of 100 euros per week (compulsory from mid-June to mid-September). Optional, to be ordered in advance (at least one week before your arrival): - Linen: beds made on arrival two towels, one large and one small, tea towels: 15 euros per person per stay. - On request: high chair (50 euros per stay), baby cot (50 euros per stay), extra bed if accepted in the villa (80 euros per stay), pets (50 euros per pet per stay)... Supplements must be paid in cash on arrival.
Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50 € and 2.50 € per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
