Villas du Monde propose an exceptional designer villa with a big private pool in Javea, located a short distance from the village and the seaside of the Costa Blanca for a refined holiday in a peaceful setting with uninterrupted views in an environment which combines the trends of Spain with a touch of Bali.

The house has a spacious light living and dining room along with a large open plan kitchen which is perfectly equipped, all opening onto a covered terrace via large patio doors. Beautiful air-conditioned double bedroom with dressing area and en-suite shower room. Two large air-conditioned double bedrooms each with dressing area and en-suite shower room as well as access to the sun terrace.

The house has recently been completely renovated using light, high-quality materials, re-equipped and refurbished throughout to provide up to date, comfortable, high-quality holiday accommodation. It has beautiful, refined décor, perfect comfort, exquisite furnishings and a certain luxury without bling.

The good-sized garden covers 1800 m² and the centrepiece is a fantastic eighteen-metre-long infinity pool in beautiful sober blue and grey colours which is typical of the type more commonly found in sumptuous hotels in Bali. There are appropriate sun loungers, parasols and garden furniture for eating outside as well as a built-in barbecue and plancha for grills.

The villa is situated on the side of the Montgo mountain in a tranquil residential area just a short walk from the old village, around 2 km from the port beach and 10 minutes’ drive from the main sandy Arenal beach.

A rare holiday property only for families but not really suitable for children under 9 years old.

The prices don't include
The breaking deposit of 3000 euros is not cashable and must be left at our agency: credit card imprint. The following services are to be paid on the spot at your arrival and in cash: - Cleaning: compulsory fixed price of 200 euros to be paid on site.- Air conditioning: fixed price of 125 euros per week, unless otherwise stated. Optional, to be ordered in advance (at least one week before your arrival):- Linen: beds made on arrival two towels, one large and one small, tea towels: 15 euros per person per stay. - On request: high chair (50 euros per stay), baby bed (50 euros per stay), extra bed if accepted in the villa (80 euros per stay), pets (50 euros per pet per stay)... Supplements are to be paid on site in cash on arrival.
Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50 € and 2.50 € per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
