Well located holiday home with private pool situated just 500 metres from a beautiful beach. The Villa Antoinette is set on a peaceful road in the centre of the village of Albir where there is a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The charming village of Altea is 1.5km. Supermarket 1km. Tennis 2km. Golf 2km.

The accommodation is all on one level and comprises a living and dining area along with a fully equipped kitchen. Double bedroom and a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds). Single bedroom (1 x 90cm wide bed). Bathroom and a shower room. An additional folding bed can be added for a sixth person. Sun terrace (not suitable for small children).

The pool area is very pleasant and there is plenty of comfortable garden furniture.

The prices don't include
Refundable deposit €600 payable locally by credit card slip. Obligatory final clean payable locally 230€. Electric fee: 121€/week. linen 17.50 euros per person. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Pet supplement of €55 per stay per animal where they are allowed, as stated in the property description. Extra beds supplement of €93.50 per bed per week. Baby cot hire is payable locally 27.50€ per week.
Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50 € and 2.50 € per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
