The upper floor has two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds). Triple bedroom (3 x 90 cm wide beds). Shower room and a bathroom. Annexe with a laundry room containing a washing machine.

The ground floor has a living and dining room with fireplace, television and DVD player. Open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (Vitro-ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher...). Triple bedroom (1 x 140 cm wide bed and 1 x 90 cm wide bed). Bathroom.

The interior is very pleasant, there are comfortable furnishings and a games room.

In the garden there is plenty for children to enjoy including swings, slide and the secluded pool is fenced for child security. For adults, there is a barbeque. A covered eating area allows you to enjoy the fresh air when dining.
