Charming air conditioned holiday property for up to twelve people with magnificent views of the mountains and surrounding countryside. Very well equipped for a very pleasant stay in Andalusia. Camonito del Rey 5 km. Antequera 25 km. Malaga 50 km. Granada 130 km.

In order to allow extra privacy the house is divided into two floors which have their own independent access.

The upper floor has a small sitting room with double sofa bed, which opens onto a lovely covered terrace. Double bedroom, a twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) and a bathroom.

The ground floor has a comfortable living and dining area with fireplace, television and sofa bed for two people. Open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (with Vitro-ceramic hob, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher...). Double bedroom, twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) and a bathroom.

The house has wifi internet so you can stay connected and keep up with your emails.

In the enclosed garden there is a built in barbeque where you can cook up a grill overlooking the seven-metre long pool and admire the countryside beyond. There is plenty of garden furniture and a shaded area for eating outdoors.

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Linen provided (bed linen, shower and hand towels). Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity (except heating). Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 17.00 – 20.00, departure by 09.30.

The prices don't include
Refundable deposit 100€ cash payable locally. Heating for the house. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50 € and 2.50 € per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
