Beautiful recently restored villa with a fenced private swimming pool and magnificent views. Located in the Malaga hinterland, near Higuera around 15 minutes drive from Villanueva la Concepcion. Beach 35km, Malaga 40km and Grenada 100km.

The accommodation comprises an open-plan kitchen and a large living and dining room with fireplace. Two double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide bed in each), two twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide beds) and two bathrooms, one of which has a hydro-massage bath.

Very well equipped and comfortable.

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity (not including heating). Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Linen provided (bed sheets and bath towels) changed weekly. Cleaning once a week for stays of more than one week. Final clean included. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 17.00 – 20.00, departure by 10.00.

The prices don't include
Refundable deposit -200€ cash paid locally. Heating for the house. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Cot available 18€ per week.
Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50 € and 2.50 € per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
