Lovely, modern villa with a private pool and stunning views of the Sierra de Ronda mountain range and surrounding valleys. In an elevated setting near the village of La Joya which has a grocery store, situated 15km south of Antequera 15km in the Malaga hinterland. Close to the nature park of El Torcal. Beach 45km, Malaga 45km and Grenada 116km.

The accommodation comprises a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with dining area and a spacious living room with fireplace. Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with en suite bathroom. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) with en suite bathroom.

Comfortably furnished and well equipped.

The peaceful garden has lawned areas and a covered terrace for dining outdoors.

The euro prices shown are for the villa, per week and include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity (not including heating). Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Linen provided (bed sheets and bath towels) changed weekly. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 17.00 to 20.00, departure by 10.00.

The prices don't include
Refundable deposit 100€ cash paid locally. Heating for the house. Two hours cleaning per week included. Additional services (where available) including cleaning (9€ per hour), babysitting and cooking. The villa must be left as found.
Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50 € and 2.50 € per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
