A delightful villa with a lovely garden, private swimming pool and fantastic 180 degree sea views. Located in the Murdoch Valley area of Simonstown with easy access to a golf course and hiking trails. Cape Town airport 30 minutes drive.

The accommodation comprises a fully equipped kitchen, large open-plan living room and dining room. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower) in the main house. A further bedroom with en suite is set on a lower level and is ideal for grandparents or another couple.

The euro prices shown are for the villa, per week and include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels provided (not including beach towels). Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

The prices don't include
Refundable cash deposit 1000 Rand payable locally. Heating for the house and fire wood. Air conditioning (where applicable) use is payable locally. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50 € and 2.50 € per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
