Superb modern luxury seafront villa with a big private pool and a private tennis court located just 70 metres from the beach, 3 km from the Troia golf course and 5 km from the Troia leisure marina and casino, shops and restaurants. Nearest shops and restaurants are just 500 metres. Situated south of Lisbon between the Troia Dunes botanical reserve and the Arrabida reserve, next to the Sado estuary natural reserve. A peaceful place, at one with nature and the ocean.

Villa accommodation covering 200 m² on 2 floors for 11 people, 5 bedrooms, 5 shower rooms, air conditioning, wifi, billiards.

The ground floor of the house has a spacious living room with fireplace and billiards table along with a dining area all opening via patio doors onto the covered patio terrace which is equipped with garden furniture for eating outdoors. Fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator etc.). Double bedroom (200 cm x 200 bed) with an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, hairdryer and toilet.

The upper floor has a double bedroom (200 cm x 200 bed) with an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower. Double bedroom (180 cm x 200 bed) with an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower. Double bedroom (170 cm x 200 bed) with an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower. Triple bedroom (with bunk beds and a pull-out single bed). Balcony.

The Seagulls villa has air conditioning in all of the bedrooms and the kitchen.

The large grounds cover 1500 m² and there is a twelve-metre-long swimming pool set in front of the villa. There is a nice flat lawn and mature trees and bushes as well as a private tennis court. Along with sun loungers for relaxing there are a barbecue for grills, four adult bicycles and two kayaks with life jackets at your disposal. Parking space within the garden limits for three cars. With the beach just in front of the property, you can purchase freshly caught fish from the local fishermen.

Praia Atlantica 70 metres. Supermarket 500 metres. Lisbon airport 60 km.

The prices don't include
The deposit of 1000 euros. The deposit must be paid to Villas du Monde by credit card or bank transfer. Rental of pool towels: 5 € per towel per stay.
