Attractive holiday villa with a big private pool and billiards room located 25 km from Lisbon and a ten-minute drive from the vast beaches of the Costa de Caparica.

Villa accommodation covering 250 m² on 2 floors for 8 people, 4 bedrooms, 3 bath/shower rooms, satellite television, wifi.

The ground floor has a spacious living and dining room with large patio doors opening onto the patio terrace, pool area and the garden. The room extends to a study area and games room area with billiards table, table football and darts board. Partly open plan kitchen fully equipped (with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, induction hob etc.). Double bedroom and a twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) each with en-suite shower room.

The upper floor has a double bedroom, twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) and a bathroom.

The architecture and interior have a distinctive style and the rooms are all large.

The enclosed grounds cover 1500 m² and the twelve-metre-long swimming pool is ideal for a good swim. There is covered parking space for two cars. There is plenty of garden furniture and a Jacuzzi (non-contractual) as well as a barbecue. For children, there is a tree house and football goal so they can have fun playing.

Set within a golf complex with reduced green fees as well as residents access to tennis courts and snack restaurant.
