Set in a beautiful garden this attractive holiday property with private pool is set amongst pine woods near Aroeira which is around thirty minutes drive south of Lisbon. Nearby are superb white sandy beaches and there are bicycles at the house for you to explore the area at a leisurely pace and you can walk to the local shops.

Villa accommodation covering 180 m² on 2 floors for 12 people, 5 bedrooms, 3 bath/shower rooms, partial air conditioning, wifi.

The ground floor has a spacious comfortable nicely furnished living and dining room which opens onto a covered patio terrace with outdoor garden furniture. Fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, microwave etc.). Double bedroom with private bathroom and toilet. Two twin bedrooms (2 x 90 cm wide beds in each) and a bathroom with toilet.

The upper floor has an air-conditioned gallery with two single beds and a games area with synthesizer piano. Two very spacious air-conditioned twin bedrooms (2 x 90 cm wide beds in each) and a shower room with toilet. Air conditioning is only present on the upper floor.

The good sized very nice grounds cover 1500 m² and are well laid out with high hedges offering privacy. The swimming pool is eight metres long and there are loungers for enjoying the sun. A built-in barbecue is available for grills and the covered terrace is perfectly adapted for eating outside. There is parking space for several cars.

The local shopping centre is 800 metres. Golf and tennis 4 km. Beach with small restaurants and water sports facilities including a surf school 5 km.
