An impressive country property which dates back to the 18th century when it was a wine producing estate, now available for holiday rentals with three houses in all sharing the large pool and vast grounds. Ponte de Lima 8km. Porto is about 45 minutes drive. Beaches 40km. River 8km. Ponte de Lima and Ponte da Barca 8km. Restaurants and supermarkets 8km.

The accommodation comprises a spacious living and dining room with fireplace and cable television. Modern, fully equipped kitchen. Two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide beds in each). Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Baby cot available.

The Quinta Luardo is a manorial type house which has been faithfully restored, retaining the character afforded by the regional stone, wooden floor and features combined with comfortable furnishings and up to date fittings. The overall effect is one of refinement.

If you have a large group you can reserve the SPV809 and the SPV611 together.

The region is famed for its Porto wines, stunning hilly countryside much of which is flanked with vineyards, historical towns and villages with traces of Roman, Gothic and Baroque architecture. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy the surfing, sailing and wide range of activities on offer. If you enjoy eating out then you will love the regional specialities, there are lots of fresh seafood and fish, delicious desserts and fine wines, not forgetting the Port.

The provision of the property fully prepared and equipped, provision of services including water, electricity and gas. Gardener and pool maintenance. Bed linen and towels (bath towel and hand towel) supplied and renewed once a week for holidays more than one week long (unless specified otherwise in the villa description). Final clean included. Changeover day Saturday. Arrival from 17h to 20h and departure latest 09h30.

The prices don't include
Cash deposit payable locally 500€. Heating is payable locally.
