Delightful, good value, air conditioned, modern, semi-detached villa with private pool and garden terrace set in a peaceful area. Well located in Garrao (an area of Almancil) just 500 metres from local shops and restaurants. The nearest beach is 1.5km, which is around 15 to 20 minutes walk. Golf 3km. Faro 3km.

The upper floor has a double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with en suite shower room and a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) with en suite shower room.

The ground floor has a spacious living and dining room with fireplace centre piece, satellite television and comfortable furnishings. Fully equipped, modern kitchen. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a bathroom.

The pool is surrounded by a patio terrace complemented by a barbecue and garden furniture. Steps to sun terrace with views. This is a peaceful area.

The accommodation is of a high standard and comfortable with a modern interior, there is air conditioning in the living and dining room and all the bedrooms. The relaxing pastel shades of the decor generate a homely atmosphere.

There are a number of championship golf courses in the area within 10 minutes drive and the Vilamoura golf links are around 20 minutes in the car. A tennis academy with a number of tennis courts, horse riding, surfing and cycling facilities are all close by along with Barrington's spa and leisure centre which has beauty salons, hairdressers etc. A range of quality restaurants are within close proximity. Good shopping facilities are available in Vale do Lobo and Almancil.

It is possible to pay a supplement for an extra child taking the capacity to 7.
