This attractive Algarve villa with a good-sized private pool is located a short drive from Vilamoura and the beach. With a very pleasant garden, it offers a good family holiday.

Villa accommodation covering 120 m² for 8 people (plus two extras for a supplement if required), 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, partial air conditioning, satellite television, wifi.

The ground floor has a light spacious air-conditioned living and dining room with television. Fully equipped modern kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, gas hob, American fridge/freezer etc.). Two twin bedrooms (2 x 90 cm wide beds) and a bathroom.

The upper floor has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) along with a bathroom.

There is air conditioning only in the living room. Overall the house is both practical and comfortable.

The grounds cover 900 m² and there is a really nice ten-metre-long swimming pool with a beautiful lawn and a built-in barbecue area poolside. Plenty of sun loungers, parasols and garden furniture as well as shady terraces allow you to enjoy the outdoor lifestyle which is so pleasant on holiday in Portugal. There is a table football as well for a bit of fun.

Local shops 1 km. Vilamoura 7 km. Beach 5 km. Faro airport 25 km. Waterpark 10 km. Victoria golf course 3 km. Restaurant 1 km.
