Traditional villa set in a small medieval hamlet with a good sized garden and a large, private swimming pool. Shops in Monte san Savino 1km, tennis 2km, riding 8km and golf 18km. Pisa airport 182km.

FIRST FLOOR: with entrance by an external stone staircase and typical loggia, sitting/dining room with open fireplace and double sofa bed, kitchen, two double bedrooms, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, bathroom with bath.

EQUIPMENT: washing machine, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, small freezer, high chair, table tennis, bowling alley, barbeque, wood burning oven, dishwasher.

Wi-Fi Internet access available free of charge.

The euro prices shown are for the villa, per week and include
Private pool open from 01/05 to 30/09. Wi-Fi internet access. Swimming pool and garden maintenance Bed linen and bathroom towels with weekly change. One Baby bed with sheets (for children up to 3 years), to require in advance.

The prices don't include
Breakage deposit € 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). Obligatory final cleaning € 180. Heating € 5,00 per hour (if used). Air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms on the first floor Euro 0,80 per kwh (if used). Pets (only small size) are welcome on payment of Euro 6 each per day Swimming towels available on request on payment of Euro 5 each. Tourist tax Euro 1,50 per person per day applied for the first 5 days only. Children up to 14 years do not pay. It is not possible to charge electric cars at the house, but at the charging stations located a few kilometers away. Wood for fireplace Euro 30 each 100 kg (if used)
