Stone house situated on a hill in the Val d'Orcia near the slopes of Monte Cetona. In an isolated setting, this is an ideal spot for those who really like privacy, peace and quiet. To get to the house you take a small country track for the last 1 km.

Within ten minutes drive you will find typical Tuscan villages such as Radicofani which is well known for its tower and the legend of Ghino heal, Celle Sur Rigo, Sarteano which has a castle and San Casciano die Bagni which has hot water springs. You can also easily get to the neighbouring towns of Pienza, Montepulciano, Sienna and Arezzo, where you can discover plenty of art, history and good wine.

The house covers 150 m² of living space and is comprised of two intercommunicating apartments on the first floor and the large fully enclosed grounds are equipped with a barbeque, sun terrace and a covered dining area. The house has: in the first apartment, a kitchen, two double bedrooms, a shower room and toilet. The second apartment has a living room with satellite television and wifi internet, kitchen corner, dining room and two double bedrooms along with two shower rooms. The furnishings are essentially practical but comfortable.

Outside in the middle of the grassed garden is the swimming pool (10 x 5 m, 1.2 to 1.5 m deep), here you can enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.
