Beautiful villa set in lovely, peaceful grounds with a large private swimming pool. Located on a hillside overlooking the village of Monte San Savino and the Chiana valley. Local shops 2km. Tennis 2km and riding 6km. Golf 18km. Arezzo 21km, Cortona 29km, Siena 43km. Florence 84km.

The garden is a set on a large natural terrace with a gorgeous swimming pool, surrounded by olive groves.

The upper floor has a light and airy sitting room with double sofa bed and a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds). Up further five stairs, there are two double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide bed) and a bunk bedroom (2 x 80cm wide beds). Bathroom room with shower.

The ground floor has a living and dining room with a fireplace, double sofa bed and an open-plan kitchen. Shower room.

The euro prices shown are for the villa, per week and include
Private pool open from 01/04 to 30/09. Small size pets are welcome. Swimming towels on request. Swimming pool and garden maintenance Wi-Fi internet access (max 5 Gb). Bed linen and bathroom towels (initial set). One Baby bed with sheets (for children up to 3 years), to require in advance.

The prices don't include
Breakage deposit € 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). Obligatory final cleaning € 150. Heating € 5,00 per hour (if used). Tourist tax Euro 1,50 per person per day applied for the first 5 days only. Children up to 14 years do not pay. It is not possible to charge electric cars at the house, but at the charging stations located a few kilometers away. Wood for fireplace Euro 15 each 100 kg (if used)
Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50 € and 2.50 € per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
