Beautiful 19th century villa with big garden and large private swimming pool, nestling on a hillside amidst beautiful rolling Sienese countryside. Local shops, riding and tennis 5km. Golf 12km. Arezzo and Cortona 33km. Siena 46km. Florence 104km.

The upper floor (accessed via two stairways) has on one side two double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide bed in each), twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a shower room. On the other side a double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed), two twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide beds in each) and a shower room.

The ground floor has a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Living room with fireplace. Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed), shower room and two toilets. The ground floor annex has a double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) and a shower room.

Furnishings are in harmony with the architecture of the villa.

The garden has lawned areas and mature trees offering shade. From the pool terrace there are fabulous views of the valley below.

Private pool is open from 01/05 to 30/09. Wi-Fi Internet access. Swimming pool and garden maintenance Bed linen and bathroom towels (initial set). One baby bed (for children up to 3 years) on request at time of booking.

The prices don't include
Breakage deposit Euro 500 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). Obligatory final cleaning Euro 350. Heating: Euro 6 per m3 (if used). Swimming towels available on request on payment of Euro 3 each. Tourist tax Euro 0,50 per person per day, children up to 14 years do not pay. It is not possible to charge electric cars at the house, but at the charging stations located a few kilometers away. Pets (small size only) are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day.
Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50 € and 2.50 € per day.
