Attractive stone villa with fenced private swimming pool and tennis court, set on a hillside with panoramic views of the Tuscan countryside. Located near the village of Torrita di Sienna 4km where there are shops and a restaurant. Very well appointed for visiting the major sights in the area including Sienna 55km, Montepulciano and Cortona. Arezzo 40km. Florence 100km. Pisa airport 180 km.

The upper floor (accessed via external stairs) has a covered terrace area commanding views of the countryside. There is a large kitchen diner with fireplace. Four double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide bed in each) and a single bedroom (1 x 90cm wide bed). Two shower rooms with toilet.

The ground floor has a large living and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Shower room. Two double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide beds in each) each with a shower room.

The villa is well maintained, well furnished and comfortable.

The garden is large, nice and peaceful with a super pool complemented by a nearby Jacuzzi (for maximum 5 people) both enjoying lovely views. There is also a barbeque area and facilities for eating outdoors as well as a private tennis court 18 metres x 9 metres (singles only).
