Beautiful, classic Tuscan-style country house, set on a hillside with vast gardens and a good sized private swimming pool and stunning views of the countryside. Located north-west of Arezzo 21km. Local shops in the village of San Giustino Valdarno 1km. Tennis 500 metres. Riding 5km and golf 60km. Cortona 46km, Siena and Florence 62km.

The upper floor (accessed by typical outdoor stairs) has a sitting room, double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) and a further double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with shower room. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a shower room.

The ground floor has a kitchen, living and dining room. Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) and a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds). Shower room.

The garden has a children’s play area and a lovely pool surrounded by olives and oak trees. In front of the villa, there is a very pleasant pool house equipped for outdoor dining.

In the old neighbouring barn, the hosts have a lecture room and sales area for local products which is for their exclusive use. There is also a laundry room. There are bicycles available.

A few hundred metres from this property is another holiday rental house which belongs to the same owner if you have a very large group you could rent the two together. The ITA1012 Ca Di Vestro sleeps up to 10 people and also has a private swimming pool open from 22/04 to 30/09/17.

The euro prices shown are for the villa, per week and include
Private pool is open from 01/05 to 30/09. Swimming towels. Cleaning of the house at the end of each week (for multiple weeks bookings). Wi-Fi Internet access. Bed linen and bathroom towels. One baby bed (for children up to 3 years) on request at time of booking.

The prices don't include
Breakage deposit Euro 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). Obligatory final cleaning Euro 180. Heating Euro 9 per m3 (if used). Tourist Tax Euro 1 per person per day, applied for the first 5 days only, children up to 12 years do not pay. Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day. It is not possible to charge electric cars at the house, but at the charging stations located a few kilometers away.
Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50 € and 2.50 € per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
