Exceptional holiday property located near the archaeological site of Selinunte. The air conditioned villa is gorgeous and the gardens with private pool are off the scale by regular rental standards. Beach, shops, bars and restaurants 5km. Palermo airport 70km.

On two floors the accommodation comprises a spacious, light living and dining room with refined Oriental/Sicilian style furnishings and decor, comfortable seating, satellite television, DVD player and internet access. Big, fully equipped kitchen. There are two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide beds) along with a bathroom and a shower room.

The garden is a real treat, like a park really, with a superb pool along with an outside shower and a summer kitchen complete with built in barbeque and a dining area.

Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity up to the allowance of 200kw per week. Over 200 kwh: € 0,50 per kwh.Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided.. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Saturday arrival 14.00 to 20.00, depart before 10.00.
