Charming holiday property (comprising a main house and garden house always taken together) with private pool, located in Scopello on the north-west coast of the Italian island of Sicily. The villa Nicole sleeps up to seven people. Beach, shops and restaurants in Castellammare del Golfo 5km. Palermo airport 50km.

Main house

The accommodation is all on one level and comprises a living and dining room with satellite television. Open-plan fully equipped country style kitchen. Two double bedrooms and a single bedroom (1 x 90cm wide bed). Shower room. The air conditioning is only in the living room. There are two covered patios so you can dine outdoors throughout the day.

Garden house (situated close to the main house)

Air conditioned double bedroom and bathroom.
The interior decor is very pleasant and furnishings comfortable. There are a cot and high chair available on request.

The peaceful garden is delightful and the pool is complemented by an outdoor shower. There is plenty of garden furniture.

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided. Final cleaning included. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Saturday arrival 14.00 to 20.00, depart before 10.00. Late arrival supplement 20€ payable locally.

Refundable deposit 300€ payable locally, in cash.Cot available for hire 30€ per week. Electricity consumption beyond the allowance of 150kw per week payable locally charged at a rate of 0.60€ per kW. tourist tax : 1,50€ per person/ per night (maximum 6 nights)
