Gorgeous Mediterranean style villa surrounded by a beautiful garden full of exotic plants, with a super private swimming pool and panoramic views of the San Vito Lo Capo coast. Town centre, shops, cafes and restaurants 1km. Trapani 10km. Sandy beach 2km.

The upper floor has a double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with sea views and a triple bedroom (3 x 90cm wide beds). Bathroom. Also on the upper floor but only accessible by an outside staircase is a further double bedroom with dressing area and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and hydro massage shower (ideal for those seeking a little extra privacy and maybe romance).

The ground floor has a beautiful living and dining room with an elegant fireplace and large windows opening onto the garden and pool area. Fully equipped kitchen. Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) and a single bedroom (1 x 90cm wide bed). Shower room.

The villa is spacious, light and airy, full of Sicilian style. Furnishings are comfortable and the décor well maintained. The large pool is complemented by a summer kitchen with barbeque. Outdoor shower.
