Delightful, air conditioned villa with an attractive garden, small private swimming pool, superb sea views and direct access to a beach at Mazzo di Sciacca 100 metres or a short drive to further beaches at Guidaloca 1.5km and Castellammare del Golfo 7km. Located near Castellammare 5km where the main supermarket is located. Palermo 50km. Nearest supermarket and restaurant 1km.

The accommodation comprises a large living and dining room with open-plan kitchen and patio doors offering fabulous sea views. Small gallery with sitting area. Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed), twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds). Shower room. Each bedroom has a television.

The décor is neutral, the furnishings comfortable and practical.

The garden is nicely planted with Mediterranean flowers and trees. There is a covered terrace for outdoor dining along with a pergola.

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water( allowance 10.000 litres per week), gas and electricity (allowance of 100kw per week). Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Saturday arrival 16.00 to 20.00, depart before 10.00. Late arrival supplement 20€ payable locally. Private pool opens from 05/05 to 29/09.

The prices don't include
Refundable deposit 300€ payable locally. Final clean payable locally 100€. Electricity above the 100 kW allowance (which is normally sufficient) is paid locally at 0.50€ per kW. Water above the 10.000-litre allowance is paid locally 30 euros /5.000 litres.Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. House heating and air conditioning.
