Landais style villa set in large grounds with a superb private tennis court and heatable swimming pool with overflow effect and Jacuzzi. Located near Vielle Saint Girons 3km where there are local shops, 7km from the beach at Amautchoc, 20km from the coastal resort of Hossegor and 60km from Biarritz airport. Bordeaux airport 144km. Calais 1012km. Lake Leon 300m for watersports and swimming, ideal for children, 10 minutes walk. This a wonderfully peaceful setting within easy driving distance of fantastic beaches.

The first floor has a large, air-conditioned family bedroom with a double (1 x 140cm wide) and two single beds (90cm wide). Small single bedroom (1 x 90cm wide bed). Separate toilet. First floor bedrooms have a sloping ceiling.

The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, a small sitting room and a large living and dining room. Two double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide beds) and a bunk bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds). Single bedroom (1 x 90 cm wide bed). Bathroom with toilet and shower stall and a further shower room with a toilet which also opens to the garden.

The décor is mainly neutral and light whilst the furnishings are practical and comfortable. A cot is available on request.

The garden is superb, with large flat lawns complemented by a private tennis court which are in excellent condition along with a salt filtered (supposedly more healthy) pool with Jacuzzi.

The prices don't include
Security deposit 500€ (or equivalent) is payable locally in cash. Bed linen and towels (not beach towels) are available for hire for a supplement of 15 € per person per stay (must be ordered well in advance, preferably at the time of booking), payable locally in cash. Electricity is payable locally according to the house meter reading. Obligatory final clean 120 euros are payable locally in cash. Heating for the house and firewood. Air conditioning (where applicable) use is payable locally. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50 € and 2.50 € per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
