Comfortable luxury apartment in the Le Grand Bornand ski resort in a chalet style residence with access to a superb communal swimming pool and spa with sauna, steam room, hot tub and fitness room. Located 400 metres from the ski slopes and 700 metres from the ski school. Shops and restaurants 50 metres. Geneva airport 65km. Annecy 35km.

The accommodation comprises 50 square metres of living space consisting of a relaxing living and dining room equipped with satellite television, wifi internet and a two pull out single beds. There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) along with a bathroom and a shower room. Ski and boot room. Cots, high chairs and iron with board are available on request.

In addition to the pool and spa facilities there is also a communal lounge area with fireplace as well as a laundry room.

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Free access to the pool (closed on Saturday) and one free sauna or steam room session. Linen and towels provided (per kit for change ask for price). Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Final clean (except the kitchen).

The prices don't include
Refundable deposit payable locally 300€. Final clean payable locally in cash, between 55€ and 70€ - ask for details. Tax de sejour payable locally 1.5€ per person per night. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Indoor parking (places subject to availability in car park residence) 60€ per week. Supplement for pet (one allowed) 60€ per stay. You need to leave the kitchen cleaned as found.
