In the heart of the Lot with its medieval villages and tourist attractions including Lauzerte, Montcuq, Saint Laurent Lolmie, this delightful stone holiday home with large private fenced pool is in a completely tranquil setting. Shops and restaurants 3 km.

The accommodation is all on one level and comprises a spacious living room with sitting area and television, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. two double bedrooms and a triple bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds and a put you up bed). Two shower rooms and a bathroom. Three toilets.

The house has 110 m² of living space, the living room opens onto a charming tiled patio terrace shaded by an oak tree. The interior is comfortable and practical.

The huge pool is on a lower level and has a double rounded shape (around 100 m² ) with a small "sloping beach". The pool is fully fenced for child security. there is plenty of garden furniture and a "plancha" hot plate for grills.

Located in a gorgeous region with plenty of historic sites and chateau to visit.
