Superb property with private pool and garden. Located in a typical Corsican village between Calvi and l’Ile Rousse, commanding views of the mountains and the sea. The beach is around 15 minutes drive. The supermarket is around five minutes drive and within 15/20 minutes you have a wide choice of restaurants.

The third floor has a children's dormer room along with a shower room and toilet. NOTE - this floor is only available for a supplement of 150 € per person per week.

The second floor has three large bedrooms and two shower rooms each with toilet.

The first floor has two bedrooms, a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Small shower room and toilet. Sitting area with television.

The ground floor has two small sitting rooms which are light, airy and comfortable, with television, DVD player and internet connection. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, electric hob, pressure cooker, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher etc.

Overall this villa is comfortable, traditionally furnished and refined. Two of the bedrooms have air conditioning the others have ceiling fans.

This village house enjoys a peaceful setting and the modest sized garden with small pool allows affords panoramic views. The pool has a jet stream to allow you a decent swim. There is a pool alarm for child security and garden furniture as well as a garage for parking.

It is unusual to come across such a charming property available for holiday rental in the Balagne region of Corsica. There is a mobile boulangerie who passes through the village delivering bread and once a week there is also a butcher who visits.

Minimum two weeks rental in July and August.

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity during July and August. Garden and pool maintenance.

Refundable deposit payable locally - ask for details. Obligatory final cleaning charge payable locally 240 €. Heating for the house and firewood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning (around 24€ per hr), babysitting and cooking.
