Attractive villa in a vast, rambling garden situated just 200 metres from the sea and enjoying magnificent views of the Mediterranean. Located in north Corsica, near Saint Florent which is a few minutes drive (around 5 km) where you will find the nearest shops, bars and restaurants. There is a small sandy beach 500 metres walk down the hill from the villa. Bastia airport 31 km.

The accommodation comprises a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen, living and dining room with access to a large gallery with sofa bed for two people. Double bedroom (1 x 140 cm wide bed) and two twin bedrooms (2 x 90 cm wide beds in each). Two bathrooms with toilets. Large covered terrace for dining outdoors.

There is a rough track for access which is passable, you just need to take it easy.

Minimum rental – two weeks.

Saint Florent has a bit of a reputation as a mini Saint Tropez on Corsica, it is true it's a pretty seaside town which gets lively in summer but nothing like the same scale.

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and pool maintenance.

The prices don't include
Refundable deposit payable locally 800€ cash (or equivalent) and credit card details retained for deduction of up to 1200€ if required. final cleaning to be pay with the reservation : 200€ . tourist taxes to be paid on the spot.
Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50 € and 2.50 € per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
