Situated in the countryside of Favone in Corsica this beautiful private villa with pool has stunning sea views and direct access to the beach.

Villa accommodation covering 150 m² on 2 floors, 4 bedrooms (some bed flexibility), 4 bath/shower rooms, air conditioning, satellite television, wifi.

The ground floor of the home has a spacious living and dining room which opens onto the pool terrace. Light fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator etc.). Two twin bedrooms (2 x 90 cm wide beds in each which can push together to form double beds 180 cm wide if required) both with en-suite shower rooms.

The upper floor has a double bedroom (160 cm wide bed) with an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower and a balcony with sea views. Another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and balcony with sea views.

The whole of the villa LAMARTINE has air conditioning.

The big grounds cover 2500 m² and the beautiful private swimming pool has large steps for easy access and lounger’s poolside for relaxing and enjoying the uninterrupted views of the sea. There is garden furniture for eating outdoors in the shade of the covered terrace along with a barbecue. There is access to the sandy beach just below.

Shops in Favone 2 km. The nearest beach is five minutes’ walk. Porto Vecchio 35 km. Figari airport 42 km.
