Attractive holiday villa, perfectly located at the end of the presqu’ile d’Isolella on the southern side of the bay of Ajaccio, just 25 metres from a superb beach of fine sand. Shops and restaurants in Porticco 5km. Ajaccio 20km. Sailing club 2km. Ajaccio airport 16km.

The accommodation is all on one level and comprises a beautiful living and dining room which opens to a very large south facing terrace. Lovely, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Master double bedroom (1 x 200cm wide bed), toilet, bathroom and dressing room. Further double bedroom (1 x 200cm wide bed) with en suite bathroom. Two twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide beds in each) each with french windows leading to the terrace. Cot available. Large bathroom.

Overall the rooms are spacious, light and airy.

The tranquil garden is enclosed with trees offering natural shade and there is a small pathway leading directly to the sea.

Minimum of two weeks booking during July and August.

The prices don't include
Refundable deposit payable locally 1,000€ cash and the credit card can be charged for a further 2,000€ in the event of damages. Change-over, linen and final cleaning charge payable locally 120€. Heating for the house and firewood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50 € and 2.50 € per day.
