Attractive contemporary villa with heated private pool located inland from Propriano near Saint Lucie de Tallano in the heart of the magnificent mountainous countryside of the Alta Roca in southern Corsica, around fifteen minutes’ drive from the beach and shops. Very peaceful with beautiful views.

Villa accommodation covering 75 m² for 6 people, 2 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, air conditioning, Wi-fi.

The house has a living and dining room with a double sofa bed along with an open plan modern fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator etc.) opening onto a patio terrace which is ideal for enjoying the superb views of the mountains. Two double bedrooms each with en-suite shower room and toilet.

The grounds cover 900 m² and there is an eight-metre-long swimming pool which is heated. There are garden furniture for relaxing by the pool and eating outdoors as well as a Weber electric barbecue. Parking space within the garden limits.

The beach at Propriano is around fifteen minutes’ drive and there are numerous other beautiful beaches both north and south of there. From Propriano you can take a fabulous boat trip up the coast to the Scandola marine nature reserve. Supermarket 10 km. Figari airport 50 km. Ajaccio Napoleon Bonaparte Airport 80 km.
