In a lovely setting on the beach at the end of Pen Lan point, this charming house offers ideal holiday accommodation. Situated 300 metres from the nearby thalassotherapy centre, tennis courts and indoor swimming pool. 20 minutes drive from Vannes.

The upper floor has a 15 m² double bedroom (1 x 140 cm wide bed) with shower room and toilet and access to a 32 m² sun terrace overlooking the sea. Single bedroom (1 x 90 cm wide bed).

The ground floor has a very large living and dining room overlooking the sea with 5 French windows. Fully equipped kitchen. Double bedroom (1 x 140 cm wide bed) and two single bedrooms (1 x 90 cm wide beds and a wash basin in each). Shower room and toilet.

The house has 160 m² of living space, there is a television and the house is simply furnished. Linen is not provided nor available for hire.

The walled, enclosed garden covers 1500 m² and is nice and peaceful. A barbeque is available and furniture for the garden.

This house is available for holiday rental all year round as well as long weekends in low season - ask for details.
