Really beautiful, recent-build, high-quality villa, set in a large, landscaped garden with sea views, just 300 metres from the beach. Local shops 4km.

The first floor has two twin bedrooms (two 90cm x 200cm beds in each). Access to wooden terrace with garden furniture and sea views. Triple bedroom (three 90cm x 200cm beds). Two bathrooms, each with twin sinks, shower stall, hair dryer and toilet.

The ground floor has a large, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room. Bathroom with over-bath shower, hair dryer and toilet. Double bedroom (160cm x 200cm bed). Pool room with heated, fully automated pool, sauna, integrated Jacuzzi, steam bath and access to a terrace. Games room with billiards. Electric shutters. Cot available.

The garden has lawned areas, a terrace with roller blind, views of the sea and the Glenans islands. Wooden children’s apparatus with a slide.
