Superbly modernised Breton villa offering spacious accommodation with an indoor heated pool, ideal for families all year round. You can see the sea from the villa and there is direct access to the coastal path and in just a few minutes’ drive you can buy freshly caught fish at the pretty port of Doelan. The beautiful sandy beaches of South Finistere are 8 km.

Villa accommodation covering 252 m² on two floors for 12 people (note the price shown is for 10 with a supplement payable for 11 or 12), 6 bedrooms, 3 bath/shower rooms, satellite television, wifi, billiards.

The ground floor has a pleasant living and dining room with television, which opens onto the patio terrace (where you can just see the sea) and an open plan fully equipped modern kitchen (with dishwasher, induction hob, refrigerator etc.) with breakfast table and stools. Double bedroom (180 cm x 200 bed) and a bathroom. Separate toilet. Secure pool room with an eight-metre-long swimming pool heated to 28º C and patio doors opening onto the terrace equipped with sun loungers, as well as a shower room and toilet.

The upper floor has a double bedroom (180 cm x 200 bed). Another double bedroom (180 cm x 200 bed). A fourth double bedroom (180 cm x 200 bed). Twin bedroom (two 200 cm x 90 wide beds). *Bedroom with a double sofa bed (clic-clac type). Shower room and a separate toilet.

The attractive partly enclosed grounds cover 1670 m² and there is plenty of lawn space as well as a gas barbecue and garden furniture for eating outdoors all in a very nice setting.

Port de Doelan 2 km. Shops, restaurants and supermarket in Clohars Carnoet 5 km or Moelan Sur Mer 5 km. Sailing school, tennis and riding centre 7 km. Golf 25 km. Quimperle fast train station 19 km. Quimper 45 km.
