Contemporary holiday villa which is both practical and comfortable, ideal for a family holiday in northern Brittany. The garden is a good size with flat lawns where children can play safely, there is a heated (inclusive except for dates specified) pool swimming pool and you can see the sea through the trees. The house is located just 250 metres from the Plestin Les Greves beach. Sailing club 2km. Riding 3km. Golf 30km. Restaurant 2km. Shops 3.5km. Ferry port at Saint Malo 40km. Dinard airport 26km.

The accommodation is all on one level and comprises a light and airy, spacious living and dining room with television, DVD player and hi-fi. Open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with all you need for successful self-catering. Laundry area. There is a double bedroom ( 1 x 140cm wide bed) and a further double bedroom (1 x 160 cm wide bed) which enjoys sea views. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) with views of the sea and a further twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds). Bathroom with shower stall. Separate toilet.

There is a large patio for outdoor dining, a good complement of garden furniture and importantly a barbeque.

Refundable cash deposit €500 payable locally. Taxe de Sejour payable locally 2€ per person per day. Electricity and pool heating before mid-April and after mid-September payable locally. Heating for the house and firewood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Pets accepted on request at the discretion of the owner.
