Anguillara is a delightful small town on the shores of the lake Bracchiano. There are some lovely shore-side cafes and pleasant restaurants. Best of all there are regular trains (usually once every half and hour) to central Rome which take about 40 minutes to get to St Peter's square, running until quite late at night.
