Sizeable villa with a private swimming pool and pleasant grounds, located in a residential area just 500 metres from the beach and restaurants at Tamariu. Girone airport 45km. Palafrugell 4km, Begur 7km and Palamos 11km.

The upper floors comprise a fully equipped kitchen, and a large living and dining room with access to a covered dining terrace with barbecue. Laundry room. Four double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide bed in each), quadruple bedroom (4 x 90cm wide beds) and three bathrooms.

The ground floor has a studio (independent access) with a sitting room, double bedroom and a bathroom.

Well equipped, the villa furnishings are practical and comfortable.

The garden has lawned areas, a large pool terrace and further covered terrace. Change-over day Friday.

The pounds sterling prices shown are for the villa, per week and include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity (not including heating). Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Linen provided (bed sheets and bath towels). Change-over day is Friday, arrival time 16.00 – 20.00, departure by 10.00. Pets are not permitted.
The prices don’t include
Refundable deposit - credit card slip. Heating for the house. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Extra beds supplement of 6€ per bed per day. Bed linen change 7€, change of towels 3€. The villa must be left as found.
