Contemporary, stone villa with a private swimming pool. Set amidst olive groves in the hills around the El Torcal nature park in the Malaga hinterland. Located near the village of La Higuera 2km which has a grocers shop and Villanueva de la Concepcion 6km. Beach 35km, Malaga 40km and Grenada 100km.

The upper floor has a bedroom and a small sitting room.

The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen and a living and dining room. Three bedrooms.

The bedrooms are comprised of two double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide bed in each) both with en suite bathroom. Two twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide beds) both with en suite bathroom.

There is a lawned garden with terrace and patio.

The pounds sterling prices shown are for the villa, per week and include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity (not including heating). Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Linen provided (bed sheets and bath towels) changed weekly. Cleaning once a week for stays of more than one week. Final clean included. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 17.00 – 20.00, departure by 10.00.
The prices don’t include
Refundable deposit -200€ cash paid locally. Heating for the house. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Cot available 18€ per week.
