Charming, small villa set in large grounds with a private pool and beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Set in the same grounds is another similar small villa, reference CAS202, each has its own swimming pool and as they are set well apart both are peaceful and private. Located near shops in the village of Joya 1km. Beach 45km, Malaga 45km and Granada 116km.

The pounds sterling prices shown are for the villa, per week and include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Food pack provided. Final clean included. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity (not including heating). Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Linen provided (bed sheets and bath towels) changed weekly. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 17.00 – 20.00, departure by 10.00.
The prices don’t include
Refundable deposit -100€ cash paid locally. Heating for the house. Additional services (where available) including cleaning (9€ per hour), babysitting and cooking.
