The accommodation comprises a living room with fireplace, dining room with views of the pool and sea and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Double bedroom (1 x 180cm wide bed) with sea views and bathroom. Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with sea views. Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with shower room and through access to a small bunk bedroom (2 x 80cm wide beds). Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and shower room. Separate toilet. Furnishings are practical and comfortable. Air conditioning in the bedrooms.
The garden has trees and colourful plants, a large terrace, covered eating area and a super swimming pool which can be secured for children if required.
The nearest beach has pebbles and there is a sandy beach 3km from the villa.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Linen provided. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity (not including heating). Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Linen provided (bed sheets and bath towels). Change-over day is Friday, arrival time 16.00 – 20.00, departure by 10.00.
