Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity (not including heating). Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Linen provided (bed sheets and bath towels). Change-over day is Saturday.

Refundable deposit payable locally 700€. Heating for the house. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
