The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen diner, living room with fireplace. A triple bedroom (3 x 90cm wide beds) and a single bedroom (1 x 90cm wide bed). This can be adapted to two twins if one of the beds is moved.
The villa is light and airy and has a covered terrace for outdoor dining.
The garden has super lawns, mature trees and a large barbecue.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity (not including heating). Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Linen provided (bed sheets and bath towels). Change-over day is Saturday.
The prices don’t include
Refundable deposit -700€ cash paid locally. Heating for the house. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. The villa must be left as found.
