The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Final clean included. Two hours cleaning three times a week included. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity (not including heating). Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Linen provided (bed sheets and bath towels). Change-over day is Saturday.
